3 Morning Shakes That Will Make You Jump Out of Bed

Want to know the secret to not hitting the snooze button over and over? Having an amazing wake up shake waiting in the kitchen. It's a trick that never fails to work for me. I even drink it before my coffee which is saying A LOT. 

These are my top 3 top all-time favorites that shake off the sleepiness and get me psyched for my day: 

1. Chocolate Almond Butter Magic

  • 1 serving of Nutrient Shake (Chocolate)
  • 1/2 ripe, large avocado
  • 1/2 cup of baby spinach leaves
  • 6 oz. almond milk 
  • 1 banana
  • 1 TB almond butter 
  • 1/2 cup of ice
  • Blend

2. Green Monster (inspired by the Green Machine)

  • 1 serving of Nutrient Shake (Vanilla)  
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 handful of frozen mango
  • 6 oz. of soy milk
  • 2 handfuls of kale
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • Blend

3. Get up and Go Shake!
