  • 1 serving of Nutrient Rice & Beans
  • Beef
  • Taco shell or burrito shell


  • Prepare rice in approximately 6 oz. of boiling water
  • Cover for 4 to 6 minutes until preferred softness
  • Add Nutrient Rice & Beans blend
  • Stir well
  • Add Nutrient Rice & Beans and beef to a taco or burrito shell
