Shakka's Chorizo Rice and Bean Burrito


  • 3oz.Soy Chorizo
  • 1oz. Diced Onions
  • 1 pkt. Nutrient Rice and Beans (One for each burrito)
  • 3 oz. Shredded Cheese
  • 12” Flour Tortilla
  • Salsa (optional)
  • Guacamole (optional)
  • Sour Cream (optional)


  • In a separate bowl: combine Nutrient Rice & Beans packet with Rice packet, add boiling water, cover, and set aside.
  • In a sauté pan prepare filling: cook chorizo and onions. Add Nutrient Rice & Beans (that are now rehydrated) and cheese and mix together thoroughly.
  • To assemble: lay tortilla flat, place prepared filling in the lower center of the tortilla and roll your burrito.
  • Fold the sides in, then fold the bottom over the filling and roll. Cut in, and serve with optional condiments.
